Balls to the wall!!
So, essentially we have 2 benchmark WOD's (150 wall balls aka Karen and 30 muscleups for time) with 90 double unders sandwiched in between for shits and giggles and a 12 minute cap to keep you moving. This year, there is a tie break setup applicable too. Be realistic and use that to your gameplan, if you know you wont be hitting the MU or even the DU's, make sure you give the wall balls a red hot crack to better your score. Make sure you do a bit of home work today and free up those hips. Last thing you want to be doing is more reps cause you failed to get deep enough in the bottom of that squat, so get mobile! Open WOD 13.3 AMRAP in 12 minutes 150 wall balls @ 9/6/5kg and 10/9ft 90 double unders 30 muscleups
