Big week ahead legends!
After a few weeks of % work and some deloading last week on the back squat, press and deadlift we're going to get stuck into the ‘Crossfit Total’ and hopefully hit some big numbers and a sneaky PR on these lifts. Being the end of the month that also means its Benchmark time. We're going to hit up our new benchmark on Wednesday and retest the ‘June chipper’ on Friday!
