Strength:
Deadlift
10-8-6-4-2

Conditioning:
3 rounds each on a 5 min clock
15 db renegade row + step overs
30 abmat situp
45 double unders

** reminder, tomorrow is the 12 days of xmas wod! will be great to see as many people out as possible for this one and should be a bit of a laugh rocking out in with the uniform theme...we'll fire up the bbq straight after!!
