Reminder Fit Wars 8 - SA's premier CrossFit competion is being held this Sunday at the Royal
Adelaide Showgrounds in the Wayville Pavillion.
The event kicks off at 9:00am and is completely free for spectators so make sure you come down and check out what it's all about!

A few of our members will be there slogging their heart out, so it will be great to get as many people out to get behind them.
Fit Wars is a big day of competition but is also a heap of fun and great chance  for everyone in the SA Cossfit scence to get together and throwdown.
