For time:
4 alternating rounds (2 each) 15/12 AB cals 15 deadlifts @ 70/45kg Into; *Partition as required 8/6/4 wall walks 80/60/40 double unders (13 minute cap) *Partner A will start with a full round of cals and deadlifts, Partner B will then do the same then repeat, both partners can then chip away as desired for wall walks and skip reps working one at time. Workout is for time *Wall walk standard; Athletes must start each rep in a pushup position with their chest touching the ground and then RELEASE their hands off the floor prior to starting each rep. A rep is counted when the athlete walks up the wall until both palms meet the designated finish line and then completes the rep by walking down until back into starting position with feet touching the wall. |
For total combined load: 8-minute Clean EMOM total Athletes will lift on alternating minutes (4 total lifts each) to find a combined weight from all 8 lifts. *If the athlete misses their attempt, they can reattempt or lighten the weight just as long as this is done in their minute. **If the athlete is unsuccessful in completing a lift within the minute, no score will be recorded for that round. ***Squat or power cleans are both allowed. |
