Today we'll be hitting the second workout of the CrossFit Open.

As we did last week, we'll run this in a buddy system with split heats having a chance to participate in a makeshift comp having your WOD judged and reps counted for.
As norm we'll scale the workout if we're not there yet with some of the movements and not registered in the Open.
There was a wicked atmosphere throughout the box last Saturday lets keep it up, rip into it
and enjoy the competitive experience.
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible:
From 0-3 minutes:
2 rounds of 10 overhead squats and 10 chest-to-bar- pull-ups
From 3-6 minutes:
2 rounds of 12 overhead squats and 12 chest-to-bar- pull-ups
From 6-9 minutes:
2 rounds of 14 overhead squats and 14 chest-to-bar- pull-ups
Same pattern continues as long as you can go until you fail to complete both rounds.
