++8:00 WOD (open gym from7:30)++ Today we'll be hitting the second workout of the CrossFit Open. (check the vid for the full scoop on what's involved) ... Like last week, we'll be running this in a buddy system with split heats having a chance to participate in a makeshift comp having your WOD judged and reps counted for. As norm, we'll scale the workout if we're not there yet with some of the movements and not registered in the Open. There was a wicked atmosphere throughout the box last week. Let's keep it up and rip into it with everything you have! WOD '15.2' Every 3 minutes for as long as possible... 10 OHS 10 pullups 10 OHS 10 pullups @ 3:00 12 OHS 12 pullups 12 OHS 12 pullups @ 6:00 14's etc... Rx = 43/30 (ctb) Scale = 30/20 - reps start at 6
