So for our final Open workout we have a modified Fran AMRAP with an inbuilt time cap bonus.
Realistically, unless you have a sub 3:30 Fran at the very least, this will not be a concern to us.
Focus on just moving through as swift as possible and just get some quality work in the 4 minute cap.
