The biggest issue with this one will be the effectively and quickly moving a pretty decent load whilst conserving enough grip to stay on the bar for T2B. At the 12 rep round we've effectively already done a Grace rxd, which is a feat in itself for a lot of us! The 7 minutes will fly by so hit your work in small manageable chunks and try to keep moving!
