**Saturday WOD 8:00 and 9:00am session** It’s that time of the week again – another Open workout has been announced and it appears shit just got real. We’ll run this tomorrow morning as our Saturday WOD, same deal as weeks previous with a heap of specific mobility and warmup drills then getting stuck into it in pairs taking turns of competing an appropriate but challenging version of the WOD as well as judging. ... Most of us will be rocking the scaled version tomorrow but we’ll still spend a good portion of the warmup working in some muscleup skills and progressions which we can all benefit from and maybe we might see some first time muscleup magic in the process too!
