After a looong week moving in and setting up, Crossfit Brawn is looking the goods and ready to rock!!
Of course this couldn't have been possible without all the guys that gave their time to chip in and lend a hand. I'm pretty sure I'd still be painting wall ball lines till sometime next year without the help so cheers :) There's still some finishing touches and a few bits and pieces we're waiting on, but training wise we're back in the swing of things and ready to launch the new schedule that we'll be rolling with. (as above) WOD Strength: Clean + jerk 2,2,2,2,2 OHS 5,5,5 Conditioning: 5 rounds each for time on a 3 minute timer 20m down and back sled push @ + 40/15kg
