Big week ahead crew!
After a couple months of periodised strength percentages on our major strength lifts, we're finally going to re-test our 1rms! Hopefully we'll see some pretty nice changes to those numbers on the blackboard or for some, finally getting a chance to see where you at with those lifts after spending time perfecting your mechanics and refining the movement.
We'll also be testing some other training parameters and benchmarks so a real good chance to track how some of your training goals and skills are coming along and see what you need to be working on a little more.
Also a reminder registration for Fit Wars 10 is open today! Get yourself or your teams organised as this will fill out super fast. We have a bunch of confirmed teams on the board already but there are still a few teams that are short a few spots. So if you're keen but sitting on the fence get amongst it and have a crack.
