Team!

First off congrats on the  year that's been. We're continauly amazed by how far you've all come and continue to excell in some way or another. From the physical transformations to skill sets and training PR’s gained for members new and old it’s been great, well done!!

A new year brings with it a new sense of motivation to again reasses where you're at
and where you want to get to. Having clear set goals is key toward your progress. Whether it be the longer term physical change that you’re striving for or even a certain skill like a muscleup that you wish to have, knowing what you’re aiming to achieve and making yourself accountable is paramount to keeping you on track and ensuring the outcome.

Use the next couple of days set some personal milestones you want this year and get
ready to tackle the new year that lays ahead!

Its going to be epic guys! Get after it and Happy new year!!!
