**FEBRUARY MEMBER of the MONTH**
Congratulations to Damien Heath. Damo has been at Brawn for just over 5 months and in that time has lost 14 kg's, increased his lean muscle mass and got some considerable strength and overall fitness gains. Damo has always displayed a great commitment and attitude to his training and always loves a laugh and works his ass off every WOD. You'll find Damo in the box at the later class consistently throughout the week and Saturdays.

If you are thinking about trying Crossfit or know someone that is thinking about it, this Wednesday we are having a Free Trial Class specifically designed for beginners at 615am, 1215pm, 530pm and 630pm. So either give it a shot or get your friends and family to come and try the beginners WOD.

Results so far?
When I walked into Brawn for the first time I was 106 kg. I'm now sitting at 92
So I'm pretty happy with that.

Favourite cross fit movement:
Overhead Squat- I couldnt do it to save my life when I started, I couldnt even squat with a 15kg bar and had to use the p.v.c pipe.

When you train are you a screamer or do you keep it pretty quiet?

I have four kids so they eat up a fair bit of time.

What’s something that we don’t know about you?
I hate spiders and theirs a big black one under the luvers at Brawn. Peter .K. used to be my neighbour and he
threw wild parties that never ended.
Why did you choose CrossFit?
Brawns five minutes walk from my house for starters. Crossfit is heaps of fun.
Getting stronger is pretty cool.
What words of advice would you give to anyone thinking about giving crossfit a go?
Dont wait and get on board.
