Those who are looking to pursue more of a competitive approach to CrossFit, are committing to at least 5 WOD’s a week will have the option of doing an additional set piece of work that will be written on the whiteboard every Monday. The extra work should be completed in your own time either before of after a class or in Open Gym depending on what it is. This will be geared specific toward any upcoming events i.e. Fit Wars, Tough Mudder etc.
