6 week challenge seminar 6:30pm MONDAY 26th August!
The purpose of the 6 week challenge is to create positive habits in your life by combining healthy sustainable nutrition with a clear plan for your training to maximise your results over the next 6 weeks and in the future. The Seminar will outline all components of the challenge including: -Nutrition guidelines -Exercise plans... -How we measure success -Accountability and goal setting -Facebook private group page Expect the following results: Body fat/weight loss Improved health and Wellbeing Improved energy Increased strength and results in the gym This challenge is free for our members and is also open to non-members for a price of $249 which includes unlimited training for the 6 weeks.
