CROSSFIT
Is a functional fitness program that includes weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio and mobility with the goal of developing an overall increase in strength and conditioning.
leaving no stone unturned, you will be challenged in constantly varied avenues of fitness from 1rms to new skills to 30 minute AMRAP’s and everything in between!
The daily CrossFit WOD’s at Brawn will push your fitness and ‘work capacity’ to the next level and make you stronger, faster, and leaner.
SWEAT
Is a 45 minute calorie-burning cardio and core intensive workout that doesn’t require prior Crossfit experience and is suitable to all fitness levels.
Sweat sessions will utilise bodyweight movements, cardio machines, kettlebells, and more to increase your heart rate, burn fat, promote lean muscle growth, and develop overall conditioning.
STRENGTH
This will be a direct focus on specific strength development and movement proficiency namely on the Olympic lifts and accessory drills. These sessions are suited to anyone and will run as part of our regular timetable at no extra cost to our members
Open gym
This in an uncoached time slot where you may come in and use the facilities. Ideally we encourage our members to use this time to work on mobility, practice some skills or catch up on a missed WOD.
