Our ‘fast track’ fundamentals only run a few times a year. If you want a refresher or you have a friend or family member that's been thinking of starting CrossFit and joining the Brawn community, this is the perfect opportunity.CrossFit Fundamentals (beginners) This is a 2 hour intensive block that teaches you the foundational movements of Crossfit. You’ll walk away feeling confident and ready to get the most out of our regular class WOD’s.
We will take you through:
movement assessment and goal setting
progressions of body weight movement patterns
basic gymnastic skills
you will be guided through the primary lifts
introduce you to olympic lifting at an entry level
you'll get familiar with using barbells, kettlebells, med-balls plus other tools we utilise
experience workouts programmed with a metabolic conditioning approach.
