What does a call involve?
- The objective of the call is for us to learn about your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. We'll ask about previous and current training and where you see yourself in the future. From there we'll tell you how our program and philosophy will help you get there.
- Absolutely not, our foundations program will assist you in learning the movements and give you a base of fitness. from there our program is scalable and everyone has their personal strengths and weaknesses that we aim to improve over time.
- The next step after the call is booking you into your 1st session with one of our coaches where we will start with a movement assessment and get you started towards your goals!
