  • Get started in crossfit with a specific session designed for participants new to crossfit and/or exercise
  • Learn in a non-intimidating environment with participants at the same level as you
  • The session is designed for all fitness levels and  "you don't need to get fit first".
  • The session includes nutrition guidelines to help improve your health, wellness and performance through optimal nutrition
  • Learn the 9 basic movements of Crossfit
  • At the end of the session you will have the basics of Crossfit down and will be able to participate in the WOD's on our timetable
