Get started in crossfit with a specific session designed for participants new to crossfit and/or exercise
Learn in a non-intimidating environment with participants at the same level as you
The session is designed for all fitness levels and "you don't need to get fit first".
The session includes nutrition guidelines to help improve your health, wellness and performance through optimal nutrition
Learn the 9 basic movements of Crossfit
At the end of the session you will have the basics of Crossfit down and will be able to participate in the WOD's on our timetable
