ACTIVE MUMS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Active Mums is a Female specific training program incorporating functional strength, HIIT cardio, targeted tone, abs and core.
Sessions suitable to all females of any age and fitness level looking to transform their body, lose body fat, build strength, improve mobility in a fun child friendly environment.
Mothers now need not worry about bringing their children along to the gym. The non inclusion of bars and the nature of the simplistic movements allow for a more kid friendly zone. Additionally these sessions are geared toward High Intensity Intervals for optimal fat burning, tone and fitness.
Sessions are not exclusive to mums. All females looking for an extra focus on fitness and mobility will benefit from these sessions.
