Martin's story- I have been training at Brawn for over two years. I enjoy the fun and positive atmosphere. Sarah's story- ​Recovering from health problems and major surgery- I decided that I wanted to do anything I could to be fit and healthy. Crossfit had always seemed so far from achievable for me- and so scary!  I was so wrong! I gave it a go and have not looked back since. 
14 months later I can honestly say that it has changed my life and perspective on what I can achieve.
You can start off slow, scale the workouts and increase as your fitness does.
The team are so welcoming at brawn, especially Jason and JP.  I have made a bunch of friends and would recommend it to anyone considering giving it a go!

​I came to Crossfit because a friend bought me a 2 week pass for my 30th birthday. She loves Crossfit and does it in Victoria. I had always been too self conscious and nervous to go by myself, so I went with her when she came to visit.
To my surprise I had nothing to worry about. The coaches and other crossfitters made me feel really welcome.
I had tried a few different gyms, but could never find the motivation to go. At Brawn the workout is posted on the app and online, so you know what you're in for. I love that all the planning has been done for you and it feels like you're getting personal training.
Although I clearly was unfit, the coaches taught me the correct way to do each skill and were able to scale the movements so I was successful. I have come a long way, but still have a long way to go.
